Abstract

At one extremity of the base plate (10) are two vertical extensions (13) with an axle (14) on which the fastener (15) is articulated. At the other extremity of the base plate is the ball (21) which is made up of two shells (22A, 22B) which are placed face to face. The base plate, the vertical extensions and the ball are made from one thin band of metal. The fastener is made of wire bent to form hooks (17) which go ound the axle (14) and at the opposite extremity of the fastener is a constriction (18) and an opening (20) which engages with the ball (21).
