Abstract

The centring system is for wrapping ring shaped articles of different diameters. A plate has three slots extending radially in relation to a common centre with their inner ends at a distance from the centre and with their outer ends at an angle below 45 degrees from the centre slot. The outer slots have counter bearings with a switch arm fitted to the inner slot connected to a common drive for simultaneous movement along the slots. The switch arm is attached to a switch to operate a movement arresting installation of both counter bearings and the switch arm. The counter bearings and the switch arm are fitted with return guide elements with pull direction towards the centre.
