Abstract

Machine for wrapping quadratic objects or groups of objects includes a longitudinal horizontal folding channel with stationary folding devices arranged along it. Located at the end of the folding channel across its longitudinal direction are four movable sliding folders and in front of the folding channel is positioned equipment for feeding packing material through the vertical plane in the folding channel. The feeding equipment is provided with a horizontal prop for moving at least one object at a time in the folding channel is mounted together with the folding channel on two vertically movable columns. The columns which move relatively to the sliding folders are horizontally adjustable in the machine frame.
