Abstract

Container for packing bales, bulk loads etc., comprising a thin, flexible or (non)-flexible support on which solid blocks are placed, spaced in such a way as to leave gaps between them, and covered by a plastic film which also covers and is adhered to the support zones left free between them. More esp., the blocks may be the prodts. themselves, which can then be stacked on the container so as to use this as a pallet. This provides a container or pallet of simple design and low prodn. cost which can be produced upstream from the packing station and can readily be adapted to a wide range of types of packages.
