Abstract
This anchorage for safety belt strap has an articulated arm hinged to a fixed part on car's floor. Besides a belt-buckle it incorporates means for blocking the lever in a suitable position, according to seat and passenger's position, as well as to free it and select correct angle. As a preferred addition, a particular way of doing this is by having the lever split into two co-axial and telescopic parts separated from each other by a spring. One part is rotatable, while the other locking teeth engaging a curved rack.
