Abstract

A method of granulating materials consisting of a conducting substance and a smaller propn. of non-conducting substance, esp. for carbonyl iron powder, iron powder, and graphite granules comprises dry-mixing the materials with resin or plastics powder, a solvent for the resin being used as a granulating agent. The granulating agent may contain water up to a ratio of 1:1. This results in a more stable granule requiring no drying out of moisture.
