Title compsn. esp. for flagged roads and viaducts comprises 5-15 wt.% of a binder and 85-95 wt.% of an inert aggregate, the binder being a mixt. of 50-94% bitumen, 5-40% ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer and 1-30% synthetic terpene resin. The compsn. has increased resistance to deformation.
