Abstract

Agents with skeletal muscle relaxant activity which are useful in the therapy of clinical disorders due to muscular cramp, spasticity or rigidity, including Parkinson's disease and multiple sclerosis contain (a) a pharmaceutical carrier, and (b) 1-25 mg 3-(N,N-dimethylsulphamoyl)-5-(3-dimethyl amino-propyl-iden)-5H-dibenzo alpha, d cyclohepten or its 10,11-dihydro form, or a pharmaceutically innocuous, non-toxic salt thereof.
