Abstract

The pigments are of formula:- (in which n is 2 or 3, X is H, or halogen and R, R' are H, alkyl or aryl). They are made by tetrazotising 4,4'-diamino di- or ter-phenylenes and coupling with 3-hydroxy 2-naphthamides.
