Abstract

Gas/liquid contactor, comprising a container with a bottom for the reception of the liquid, in which is installed, a hollow rotor for the distribution of the gas in the liquid, having an outer surface the peripheral length of which increases from one end to the other in ther direction of its axis of rotation, so arranged that the end with the greatest peripheral length faces the bottom of the container, a drive unit for rotating the rotor and a coupling element for connecting this to the rotor, and a device for feeding gas to the rotor.
