Cpds. are of formula (I): (where R, R1 and R2 are H, lower alkyl, monocyclic aralkyl or monocyclic aryl; R3 and R4 are H, halogen, opt. halo-substd. lower alkyl, alkoxy or alkyl-thio, lower cycloalkyl, lower alkyl-sulphinyl or -sulphonyl, amidosulphonyl, N,N-di(lower alkyl)amidosulphonyl or CN; X is O or S; m is 0 or 1; n is 0, 1 or 2; p is 0, 1 or 2; m+n+p = 1-3; r is 2-5) and their salts. They may be prepd. by reacting the corresp. N-R2-substd. amine with BrCN, cyanamide, R1-substd. cyanamides, 2-alkyl-2-thiopseudourea sulphates or 1-R1-substd. 2-alkyl-2-thiopseudourea sulphates.
