Abstract

Electrophotographic product comprising a conductive support coated with a compsn. contg. an (in)organic photoconductor dispersed in an insulating binder made of a mixt. of (1) a polyester, a polycarbonate or a polystyrene and (2) a contrast reducing polymer selected from (a) an alkylated styrene polymer of m.p. 100-150 degrees C in which the rings contain 2 Me gps. or one Et gp. (b) a terpene/phenol copolymer of m.p. 100 degrees C and (c) a beta-pinene polymer of m.p. 100 degrees C. The product permits the electrostatic contrast to be adjusted to the desired degree.
