Abstract

A cosmetic emulsion contg. 0.5-1.0 pt. wt. of vitamin E nicotinate per 100 pts. wt. of cream or lotion suffers no discolouration during storage or under the action of light or heat. Unlike addns. of the acetate, the nicotinate of vitamin E does not give rise to any odour.
