Abstract

Fluid-tight door for a sealed chamber, partic. for the thermostatic chamber of gas chromatograph, comprises a rectangular panel with edge-seals, carried on a frame rotatable onan axis parallel to the plane of the door but inside the chamber so that the panel has to be pushed forward from the frame to effect closure of the door aperture. With the panel retracted against the frame, the assembly can be rotated through 360 degrees, to provide-access to both faces of the panel for maintenace and adjustment of door-mounted instruments without removing the door or disconnecting leads.
