Abstract

The elements may be L-shaped in cross section so that when they are secured to the base plate in parallel relationship the side walls of the elements define a number of channels and the lower part of each element defines a base of a channel on which a needle or needle jack slides. Pref. the base plate carries an intermediate plate provided with a trapezoidal section groove, and the lower wall of each element has a trapezoidal section rib which locates in the groove.
