Abstract

Thermoplastic moulding materials with improved dielectric properties are made by compounding (a) 80-25 wt. % thermoplastic resin and (b) 20-75% barium titanate. Processing properties and rigidity can be improved by addition of 0.1-2 wt. % metal salts of higher fatty acids, 5-25 wt. % polyisobutene (MW. 1000-20000) or 5-25 wt. % polybutadiene oil (M.W. 1000-20000) and 0.1-2.5 wt. % of a free radical forming agent.
