Abstract
A mechanical kneading trough consists of a rotating vat with a thermosensitive probe mounted in it. The thermo-sensitive probe is connected to a temp. measuring device via a central shaft about which the vat rotates. The measuring device is fixed to the support frame of the vat. The thermo-sensitive probe may be mounted on the bottom of the vet.
