Abstract

The walls of the pipe consist entirely of extruded hard synthetic foam. Each pipe is composed of at least two parts which are connected. The hardness of the synthetic increases from the inside of the pipe to the outside, and each element has a reinforcement, enclosed by the synthetic. The foam is polystyrene, and is self-extinguishing. Used in air conditioning units etc.
