Abstract

Carrier bag of a thermoplastics film has stiff thermoplastics handles which are attached to the bag walls by a fixing strip. The latter is secured to the bag by a hot-melt ahesive, the softening pt. of which is lower than the melting pt. of the plastics. Thus the bag walls are not damaged when applying the handles.
