Abstract

A system, for use in photography with radioisotopes, esp. using gamma-radiation for the storage and transport of a radioisotope in a secure shielding allows the soft movement of the isotope to a point where radiations can escape through an aperture. A pneumatic system is used to drive a capsule contng. the isotope along a tube from the shielded case to a constriction point at the end of the tube. The return of the capsule is ensured, either by the application of pressure along a second tube or by reduction of pressure in the first tube.
