Abstract

Stoppers for microorganism cultivation vessels, which are permeable to air but impermeable to microorganisms (including virus), consist of an open-pore core made from a silicone rubber (opt. with addition of fillers, blowing agents, vulcanisation agents etc) and a plain, elastic side-coating, which can also be made from a silicone rubber.
