Abstract

Rotational moulding system for plastisols has an apparatus for rotating the moulds, and a heating chamber utilising electromagnetic radiation as heat source. The system enables rotational moulding to be carried out more rapidly. the heating cycle for a given number of moulds is reduced from 10-15 mins. to about 40 secs.
