Abstract
The apparatus comprises a horizontal drum, with feed and removal devices at opposite ends of it, and a return tube attached to the drum spindle. A mixer is arranged at the outlets from the feed device and return tube. The distribution device on the drum perimeter represents scoop pockets with discharge chutes which are fixed in relationship to the drum. Certain discharge chutes are directed into the return tube, while others are directed into the removal device.
