Abstract
Small or very small ceramic products are heated by a VHF electrical field for a predetermined time. The temp. is first increased as rapidly as possible and then limited to a predetermined maximum. Specif. the frequency may be at least 2400 megacycles. The temp. rise may be speed up by incorporating in the product a material which heats rapidly in such field.
