Abstract

Equipment extrudes a cylinder of dough of constant diameter at constant pressure, which is divisible into pieces of identical weight, and may be used for food products or any plastic substances. Specifically the extrusion of the dough may be solely by the movement of an adjustable counterweight. The dough may be fed forward at constant pressure and at constant diameter through a nozzle exchangeable for different diameters.
