Abstract

N-Salicyl-2-chloro-4-nitro aniline-vetinary anthelmintic and parasiticide. Cpd. of formula:- with a synergistic surfactant. Suitable surfactants include alkyl sulphates, ethanolamides of fatty acid sulphates, dialkyl sulphosuccinates, alkyl phosphates, polyoxyethylenated cpds. and alkyl imidazolines, pref. with a hydrophilic/lypophilic balance greater than 4, and an LD50 greater than 0.5 g./kg. on mice (orally).
