Abstract

The board has orifices, through which the component conductors are engaged and in which liquid solder is deposited. The liquid solder carried by the card is contacted with a fluid at a temp. exceeding the melting point of the solder. This fluid neither mixes nor reacts chemically with the liquid solder or with the constituent material of the card.
