Abstract

Marker pole for indicating the position of underground pipes or the like consists of a tube having an acid-and water resistant coating on its inside and outside, this tube being connected with a point of a corrosion resistant metal, while several soil anchors in the form of springy metal strips are fastened above the point, these strips curving outwards in an upwards direction. The marker pole is highly resistant to corrosion, and securely maintains its position in the ground, to permanently indicate underground objects or points.
