Abstract

The present invention concerns a method and arrangement for determination of the content of paramagnetic gas present in a sample gas by means of a known magnetic field and/or its gradient. Characteristic of the invention is a simple and convenient arrangement to form the magnetic field gradient. The basic idea of the invention can be applied almost without limitation to known methods, but the invention also permits the implementation of a method that utilizes an entirely new concept. <IMAGE>
