Abstract

A radio access method is published which makes easier communication between at least one first station and a number of second stations. Firstly each signal intended for transmission is buffered in the first station. The signals are then divided into segments of equal length. The signal segments intended for a particular second station are sent utilizing a corresponding time column (column 1) in a regularly repeated time multiplex matrix. The signal segments sent by the first station are received by at least one of the second stations and the signal segments are combined from the successive corresponding time columns (column 1) for reconstruction of the intended signal. At the second station the transmission frequency channel F1 is determined which is connected with the corresponding reception time column (column 1) in a specific way. Finally a signal intended for transmission to the first station is buffered in the second station and compressed for transmission utilizing the transmission frequency channel F1 for essentially all the period of time during which the second station is not receiving. <IMAGE>
