Abstract

The invention relates to a heat-recycling air- conditioning/ventilation system for an apartment and a method of achieving bypass flow in the said system. The system comprises an outlet passage 3 for ducting the ambient apartment air out of the interior, an inlet passage 2 for supplying fresh air to the interior, a ventilation unit 9 for generating a negative pressure in the outlet passage 3, a heat exchanger 1 coupled to the inlet passage 2 and the outlet passage 3 and by means of which the air entering through the inlet passage 2 can be heated up by the outlet air leaving through the outlet passage 3, the heat exchanger 1 comprising inlet surfaces 10, 11 and outlet surfaces 12, 13 for the air flow. According to the invention the heat exchanger 1 comprises overlapping enclosure plates 14, 15 for the flow, arranged in the inlet passage 2 and the outlet passage 3, by means of which plates a part of the flow area A of the heat exchanger can be reserved solely for the outgoing flow or solely for the incoming flow. <IMAGE>
