Abstract

The subject matter of the invention is a deflector for diverting the shot discharge report from a firearm, which comprises a tube 2 detachably fixed to the barrel 1 of the firearm. The shot discharge report deflector is intended to make it more difficult to locate the shooting. Current silencers for firearms cannot be used as shot discharge report deflectors when firing with supersonic cartridges. In the deflector according to the invention a support 3 has been placed inside the tube 2, against which support the end of the barrel 1 of the firearm can be supported, and on the other side of the support one or more deflection cones 4 have been fixed for deflection of the pressure waves composed of powder gases from the trajectory of the bullet, and one or more reflector plates 5 for reflection of the pressure waves in the opposite direction. <IMAGE>
