Abstract

The invention concerns a method for measuring air flow q by means of a measurement 4, 13, like a measurement plate, measurement ring or measurement flange, said measurement arrangement being kept during measurement in the measurement position and which measurement arrangement 4 is placed on a distributor of air flow q which is attached to a wall or ceiling and consists of an inlet tube 2 and a distributor part 3. The method according to the invention is implemented so that the measurement device 4 is moved between the measurement position and a rest position in the actual direction of inlet tube 2, in which the measurement arrangement 4 in the measurement position is at the end of the inlet tube 2 in front of distributor part 3 and after the measurement the measurement arrangement is moved to the rest position in the inlet direction of air stream q until the normal path of the air stream is not disturbed. <IMAGE>
