Description
a. 9001 0 RUUMISARKUN VERHOUSMENETELMÄa. 9001 0 CUP COVERING METHOD
Keksinnön kohteena on patenttivaatimuksen 1 johdanto-osassa määritelty menetelmä ruumisarkun ver-5 hoilemiseksi. The invention relates to a method for upholstering a coffin as defined in the preamble of claim 1.
In upholstered coffins, the body parts, i.e. the lid and the base, are usually made of some wood-based material, such as board, chipboard, hardboard or the like. The exterior upholstery 10 of these is currently performed as follows. In order to eliminate machining irregularities and possible color variations, as well as to ensure an even cladding base, the outer surfaces of both parts of the coffin are initially provided with a padding layer. The actual upholstery fabric, a special fabric that can be tightened evenly and smoothly or suitably to the pleats, is then stretched and fastened to the padding layer.
Käytettävä hyväkuosinen kangas muodostaa arkun verhouksen ulkopinnan ja tämän vuoksi kankaalle asete-20 taan suhteellisen suuret laatuvaatimukset, jotta se on riittävän arvokkaan ja tyylikkään näköistä. Tavallisesti Suomessa verhouskankaana käytetään puolalaista jonkin verran kiiltäväpintaista ristiinkudottua erikoiskangas-ta, joka joustaa ja venyy joka suuntaan samalla tavoin, 25 jolloin sillä voidaan helposti toteuttaa erilaisia säteittäisrypytyksiä.The well-textured fabric used forms the outer surface of the coffin upholstery and therefore the fabric is subjected to relatively high quality standards to make it look sufficiently valuable and elegant. Usually in Finland, a Polish cross-woven special fabric with a somewhat shiny surface is used as the upholstery fabric, which stretches and stretches in the same way in all directions, so that it can easily implement various radial creases.
Ongelmana nykyisissä verhousmateriaaleissa on kuitenkin korkeat kustannukset. Tällä hetkellä ruumisarkun valmistuksen materiaalikustannuksista noin 1/3 on 30 verhoilun aiheuttamia. However, the problem with current cladding materials is the high cost. Currently, about 1/3 of the material cost of making a coffin is caused by 30 upholstery.
Keksinnön tarkoituksena on poistaa edellä mainitut epäkohdat. Erityisesti keksinnön tarkoituksena on tuoda esiin uudenlainen ruumisarkun verhousmenetelmä, joka mahdollistaa halvempien verhousmateriaalien käytön 35 arkun ulkonäköä heikentämättä.The object of the invention is to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks. In particular, it is an object of the invention to provide a novel method of coffin cladding which allows the use of cheaper cladding materials without compromising the appearance of the coffin.
Keksinnölle tunnusomaisten seikkojen osalta viitataan vaatimusosaan. With regard to the features characteristic of the invention, reference is made to the claims.

In the coffin upholstery method according to the invention, the surface of the finished coffin is first upholstered with underlayment giving color and possible pattern and then a surface upholstery of 5 translucent fabrics is placed on it, which gives the upholstery a final appearance.
The underlayment used according to the invention does not require padding layers to soften and cover the work marks, but the underlayment is used to form the patterns and decorations as well as the main colors of the upholstery. As the underlayment, the surface of the coffin may be painted in a single color or patterned, using a smooth or suitably pleated or otherwise shaped underlay fabric, paper or other film-like material. 15 Similarly, different patterns can be machined on the surface of the coffin body or separate patterns or decorations can be used on it.
Käytettävien alusverhousmateriaalien päälle sitten pingotetaan ja kiristetään sileäksi läpikuultava 20 pintaverhouskangas, jona voidaan käyttää esim suhteellisen ohutta harsomaieta trikoota. The underlayment materials used are then stretched and tightened to a smooth translucent surface covering fabric, in which, for example, a relatively thin gauze tricot can be used.
Läpikuultavana kankaana käytetään edullisesti keinokuidusta, esim. nailonista, tehtyä kangasta ja eräässä edullisessa sovelluksessa läpikuultava kangas 25 on tehty suhteellisen kiiltävästä, valoa heijastavasta kuidusta, jolloin itse kankaasta tulee välkehtivää.The translucent fabric is preferably a fabric made of synthetic fiber, e.g. nylon, and in a preferred embodiment the translucent fabric 25 is made of a relatively glossy, light reflecting fiber, whereby the fabric itself becomes shimmering.
A relatively light, almost colorless fabric can be used as the translucent surface cladding fabric, whereby the coloring of the cladding is determined by the colors of the underlayment 30. However, it is also possible that the translucent surface upholstery fabric has some color which gives the upholstery a certain basic color tone.
Likewise, the surface cladding fabric used in the cladding method of the invention may include a pattern pattern, a light translucent stripe, checkered, or other pattern of patterns made by weaving, knitting, or printing that differs from smooth and uniform.

Usually, with the method according to the invention, the coffin is completely covered with the surface side of the lid and the edges with the bottom. Preferably, when cladding according to the invention, e.g. different parts of the surface of the cover are upholstered separately and at the junctions of the surfaces, i.e. at the edges and corners, a suitable either the same or another cladding material is used. This is how ribbon-like claddings turn around corners and corners. It is also, of course, possible that, for example, substantially the entire cover is upholstered with the base and surface coverings according to the invention, including the corner areas.
An advantage of the invention over the prior art is that it achieves significant material savings. A variety of 15 very inexpensive cladding materials can be used as the underlayment, with which only the desired colors and patterns can be formed. Likewise, virtually any suitably translucent fabric can be used as the surface cladding fabric, which only provides a sufficiently good and valuable appearance for the patterning of the upholstery. With the cladding method according to the invention, the cost of cladding material is obtained at about one tenth of the corresponding cost of the current methods.
Edellä esitettyjen keksinnöllisten piirteiden 25 lisäksi keksinnön eri sovellukset voivat vaihdella patenttivaatimusten rajaaman keksinnöllisen ajatuksen puitteissa. In addition to the inventive features set forth above, various embodiments of the invention may vary within the scope of the inventive idea defined by the claims.
