Claims (6)

1. Förfarande för lösningsmedelsextraktion av en metall ur en vattenhaltig sulfatlösning innehällande kal-5 cium i en väsentligen mättningsmängd genom att bringa den vattenheltiga lösningen motströms i minst tvä steg i kon-takt med ett organiskt extraktionsmedel, vilket förmär att extrahera bäda nämnda metall och kalcium, men vilket Sr väsentligen selektivt tili metallen visavi kalcium, 10 kännetecknat därav, att minimering av gips i nägot som heist av stegen omfattar minimering av kontak-ten mellan extraktionsmedlet och den vattenhaltiga lösningen efter det att metallen extraharats väsentligen full-ständigt ur den vattenhaltiga sulfatlösningen. 15 2.
