Stacking or cup trays are known in principle in essentially two types, namely those having a split base plate and an undivided perforated plate on the one hand, and those having an undivided base plate and a split perforated plate on the other hand. The principle chosen depends on the machines used, the manufacturing process and, in part, the intended use. In order to obtain sufficient strength on the substrate when folding the section, the choice is usually made between gluing or netting, the section being provided for this purpose with corresponding bonding plates and / or sections for joining the bonding plates. It is further known to prefabricate pallets in cycles by the user, whereby the products are provided with fold lines to save the transport space, along which the finished pallets can be assembled by the user relatively quickly before or during use.

In connection with substrates such as those described above, the hole plate sections 35 (e.g. DE 2 728 879 or DE 2 902 393) are provided with means for nested or hooked them; the corresponding 2 76751 support parts are arranged in opposite parts, partly on the base plate from which they are stamped and from which they are folded. This joining of the section parts by nesting them requires a relatively high cost in terms of manufacturing and the necessary machines, as well as a relatively high manufacturing accuracy, so that such bulk products are subject to additional costs. Furthermore, in connection with such known substrates, the additional supports 10 between the perforated and the base plate are known in the form of stamped support strips or base plates from the surfaces or perforations of the perforated plate to ensure, in addition to the side wall support, the distance between the base and perforated plate to avoid additional harmful goblets or other items on the platform.

Known substrates require special support measures and / or means inside the substrate, which leads to an increase in material costs and manufacturing costs. Taking into account the manufacturing process, spatially unfavorable support and / or locking members and the required parts of the assembly machine, e.g. the manufacture of platforms is time consuming and labor intensive. As this is a bulk product, this entails relatively high additional costs, in particular taking into account the transport and storage costs of the platforms and their disposable nature.

The object of the present invention is to provide a one-piece section for a stacking or goblet tray 30, which section saves material and which enables the trays to be manufactured simply and quickly, preferably by the user, e.g. in a dairy.

The object of the invention is achieved, i. said problems can be eliminated by a combination according to the definitions of the preamble and the characterizing part of claim 1.

5 This gluing of the perforated plate sections is simple, as it can take place from above while the base is already in the correct position for filling on the machine. This is particularly advantageous when the fabrication of the substrates, or at least the final assembly of the supplied sections, is to be carried out immediately before use by the user. Furthermore, the accuracy requirements in the production of sections by gluing are lower than in the use of support members arranged or adapted to the interior of the substrate, because the dimensionally precise setting of the parts to be placed on top of each other is irrelevant.

The substrate according to the invention can be formed into a simple substantially square tray.

In a particularly preferred embodiment of the invention, which in particular enables the production of substrates in an automatic machine, i. in the manner intended for automatic stacking by the user, the section can be provided in a manner known per se with rectangular uprights pre-stamped in the corner areas, preferably provided with a step, while a notch corresponding to the steps is formed in the corner area of the vertical support. These notches form a connection for the vertical supports 30 in the pre-formed base so that the bases can be easily stacked and stacked mechanically without the need for any special manual work.

Embodiments of the invention will now be illustrated with a schematic drawing in which Figure 1 shows a section of a yoghurt cup tray, Figure 2 shows an axonometric view of a portion of the 4 76751 section of Figure 1, and Figure 3 shows an embodiment of another tray corresponding to Figure 2.

The section for the rectangular stacking or cupboard 5 is stamped from a substantially rectangular foldable raw material, such as cardboard or corrugated board, leaving as little waste as possible from such a pulp product. The section comprises a through-bottom base plate 1, to which the longitudinal side walls 3a and 3b opposite each other 10 and the width-side side walls 4a and 4b are articulated along fold lines marked with broken lines. The longitudinal side walls 3a and 3b are further articulated to each of the perforated plate sections 2a and 2b, as well as along fold lines 10 15. The width of this perforated plate section is slightly larger than half the width of the base plate 1, so that an overlapping area 22 is formed in the assembled state of the base, as shown in Fig. 2. In this overlapping area 22 the two perforated plate sections 2a, 2b are connected in the same plane.

In the perforated plate sections 2a, 2b, openings 20 for the placement of yoghurt cups are permanently stamped in a manner known per se.

On the sides of the perforated plate sections 2a, 2b, 25 fastening plates 5a, 5b are articulated, as well as along corresponding fold lines 10. Further, rectangular vertical supports 6 are formed in the corner areas, separated by the punching lines 11 from the perforated plate sections 2a, 2b and partially at the points of the side holes 20 projecting into them, which vertical supports 30 are provided with a step 7.

The operation of the individual parts of the section is shown in an illustrative and simple manner in Figure 2.
