Keksinnön kohteena on vinssi, joka käsittää vinssin rungon, runkoon laakeroidun käyttöakselin ja vinssin akselin sekä mainittujen akseleiden välille sijoitetun kitkakytkimen, joka kytkeytyy siirrettäessä vinssin akselia aksiaalisuunnassa käyttöakselin suhteen. The invention relates to a winch comprising a winch body, a drive shaft mounted on the body and a winch shaft and a friction clutch arranged between said shafts, which engages when the winch shaft is moved axially with respect to the drive shaft.
Pyörimiskulma on kuitenkin mahdotonta säätää tarkasti.A winch is known in which a rotational torque is applied to the shaft by means of a friction clutch. In this case, the drive shaft usually rotates at a constant speed and is driven, for example, by an electric motor. By connecting the friction clutch by means of a suitable drive, the yinsgia shaft and any wire drum on it are rotated. However, the angle of rotation is impossible to adjust precisely.
Keksinnön tarkoituksena on edellä olevan epäkohdan välttäminen ja sellaisen vinssin aikaansaaminen, jonka akselin kiertymiskulma on tarkasti määrättävissä. Keksinnön mukaiselle vinssille on tunnusomaista, että vinssin akseli on varustettu kierteillä, jolle on sovitettu mutteri tai sen tapainen vastakappale, jolla aiheutetaan vinssin akselin aksiaalinen siirtyminen ja kytkeytyminen käyttö-akseliin mainitun kierteen ollessa sen suuntainen, että käyttöakselin 2 59378 aiheuttama vinssin akselin kiertoliike jälleen irroittaa kitkakyt-kimen.The object of the invention is to avoid the above drawback and to provide a winch whose axis of rotation can be precisely determined. The winch according to the invention is characterized in that the winch shaft is provided with threads on which a nut or similar counterpart is fitted, which causes axial displacement and engagement of the winch shaft with said thread being parallel to the -kimen.
Seuraavassa keksintöä selitetään yksityiskohtaisesti oheisten piirustusten avulla. In the following, the invention will be explained in detail with the aid of the accompanying drawings.
Kuvio 1 esittää kaaviomaisesti yhtä keksinnön edullista toteutus-esimerkkiäFigure 1 schematically shows one preferred embodiment of the invention
Kuvio 2 esittää kaaviomaisesti keksinnön toista edullista toteutus-esimerkkiä.Figure 2 schematically shows another preferred embodiment of the invention.
Vinssiakseli 2 on laakeroitu laakereilla 5, 6 vinssin runkoon. Vinssin akselille 2 on täten järjestetty mahdollisuus liikkua rajoitetusti aksiaalisuunnassa. Vinssin akselille 2 on sijoitettu vaijerirumpu 7.According to Figure 1, the winch comprises a drive shaft 1 and a winch shaft 2. The drive shaft 1 is mounted by bearings 3, 4 on a winch body which is not shown in the drawing. The bearings 3, 4 are of the type capable of absorbing both radial and axial loads. The winch shaft 2 is mounted with bearings 5, 6 on the winch body. Bearings 5 and 6 are of the type of bearings which receive only a radial load. The shaft 2 of the winch is thus provided with the possibility of limited movement in the axial direction. A wire drum 7 is placed on the winch shaft 2.
A friction clutch 8 is arranged between the drive shaft 1 and the winch shaft 2. The clutch consists of two planar clutch plates 9, 10 and friction surfaces 11 fixed to the second clutch plate 10. The clutch plates 9, 10 are placed so close to each other that a small axial displacement of the winch shaft 2 8 engagement as well as detachment.
Vinssin akselin 2 toiseen päähän on työstetty suhteellisen pieni-nousuinen kierre 12. Kierteen 12 kanssa yhteistoimintaan on sovitettu mutterimainen vastakappale 13. Vastakappale 13 on yhdistetty vinssin rungon suhteen liikkumattomaan laakeripukkiin 6 vaijerin 14 välityksellä. A relatively low-pitch thread 12 is machined at one end of the winch shaft 2. A nut-like mating piece 13 is arranged to co-operate with the thread 12. The mating piece 13 is connected to a bearing bracket 6 immobile relative to the winch body by means of a wire 14. The wire 14 can be tightened by a suitable crank device or the like 15 so that the mating piece 13 moves towards the bearing 6. At the same time, the mating piece 13, which is prevented from rotating, also forces the winch shaft 2 to move to the left in Fig. 1. Thus, the clutch 8 engages and the drive shaft 1 begins to rotate the winch shaft 2 and of course also the wire drum 7 on the shaft. However, the rotational movement of the thread 12 moves the shaft 2 to the right and tends to disengage the clutch 8. Thus, the winch * shaft 2 rotates in a controlled manner. jer tightening requires.

Edellä selitettyä laitteistoa ei voida käyttää jatkuvasti samaan suuntaan vaan vastakappale 13 täytyy aika ajoin palauttaa kierteen alkuun. Seuraavassa selitetään keksinnön toista edullista toteutus-esimerkkiä, joka on havainnollistettu kuviossa 2.The apparatus described above cannot be used continuously in the same direction, but the mating piece 13 must be returned to the beginning of the thread from time to time. Another preferred embodiment of the invention is illustrated below, which is illustrated in Figure 2.
Vinssin akseli 22 on kytkettävissä käyttöakseliin 21 kitkakytkimen 23 välityksellä. Vinssin akselille 22 on kiinteästi sovitettu vaijerirumpu 26, jolle kelautuu vaijeri 27.The winch shown in Fig. 2 comprises a drive shaft 21 and a winch shaft 22. Both shafts are mounted on a winch body, which, however, is not shown unnecessarily in the drawing. The winch shaft 22 can be connected to the drive shaft 21 via a friction clutch 23. The bearings 24, 25 of the winch shaft 22 are such as to allow a limited movement of the shaft 22 in the axial direction. Thus, it is possible to engage and disengage the switch 23. A wire drum 26 is fixedly mounted on the shaft 22 of the winch, on which the wire 27 is wound.
Vinssin akselille 22 on työstetty kierre 28. Vasta-kappaleeseen 29 on muodostettu vaijeriura 32 tai vastaava, jonka ympäri on sovitettu ohjausvaijeri 33.A thread 28 is machined on the shaft 22 of the winch. A mating piece 29 is arranged to cooperate with the thread 28. The mating piece 29 is mounted by axial bearings 30, 31 on the winch body so that it can rotate but cannot move in the axial direction. A wire groove 32 or the like is formed in the mating piece 29, around which a guide wire 33 is arranged.
Ohjausvaijerin 33 avulla voidaan kiertää vastakappaletta 29. Kiertoliike aiheuttaa kierteen 28 välityksellä vinssin akselin 22 siirtymisen kuviossa vasemmalle. Tästä puolestaan seuraa kytkimen 23 kytkeytyminen. Kytkeytymisen seurauksena vinssin akseli 22 kiertyy käyttöakselin 21 mukana. Samalla kiertoliike kuitenkin pyrkii kierteen 28 vaikutuksella irrottamaan kytkimen 23. Toisaalta saattaa tietysti olla tarpeen pyörittää vinssin akselia takaisin päin esimerkiksi vaijerin 27 kelaamiseksi auki rummulta 26.By means of the guide wire 33, the counterpiece 29 can be rotated. This in turn results in the switching of the switch 23. As a result of the engagement, the winch shaft 22 rotates with the drive shaft 21. At the same time, however, the rotational movement tends to disengage the clutch 23 by the action of the thread 28. This makes the angle of rotation of the winch shaft 22 closely follow the rotational movement of the mating piece 29. Thus, the rotation of the winch shaft can be continuous without the "return periods" required by the mating piece. On the other hand, it may of course be necessary to rotate the winch shaft backwards, for example to unwind the wire 27 from the drum 26.
