Claims (13)

PATENTTIVAATIMUKSET
1. Menetelmä paperin tuottamiseksi paperikoneella, joka menetelmä käsittää seuraavat vaiheet: a) hankitaan massa kuten lehtipuumassan ja havupuumassan seos; b) lisätään kationinen glyoksyloitu polyakryyliamidi (G-PAM) massaan; c) muodostetaan raina massasta perälaatikon käsittävällä muodostamisalueella; d) puristetaan raina puristamisalueella; e) kuivataan raina kuivausalueella; ja f£) valinnaisesti kalanteroidaan raina kalanterissa, jolloin mainittu menetelmä käsittää lisäksi anionisen polymeerin lisäämisen massaan ennen kationisen G-PAM:n lisäämistä, massan pH on välillä 6,5-8,0, kun anioninen polymeeri lisätään, ja massan pH on välillä 4,8-5,5, kun kationinen G-PAM lisätään.
2. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen menetelmä, jolloin massa jalostetaan esimerkiksi siten, että standardin ISO 5267-1:1999 mukaisesti mitattu Schopper-Riegler-luku perälaatikossa olevalle massalle on 20-30, edullisesti 22-30, kuten 23-28.
3. Jonkin edellä olevista patenttivaatimuksista mukainen menetelmä, jolloin massan konsistenssi on 1,5-3,0 3, kun lisätään kationista G-PAM:a.
4, Jonkin edellä olevista patenttivaatimuksista mukainen menetelmä, jolloin kationista G-PAM:a lisätään yhteensä määränä, joka on 1,5-3,0 kg/tonni kuivakuitua, edullisesti 2,0-3,0 kg/tonni kuivakuitua, edullisemmin 2,5-3,0 kg/tonni kuivakuitua.
5. Jonkin edellä olevista patenttivaatimuksista mukainen menetelmä, jolloin massaa ei Jalosteta kationisen G-PAM:n lisäämisen jälkeen.
6. Jonkin edellä olevista patenttivaatimuksista mukainen menetelmä, jolloin anioninen polymeeri on anioninen polyakryyliamidi (A- PAM) .
7. Jonkin edellä olevista patenttivaatimuksista mukainen menetelmä, joka käsittää lisäksi sen, että massaan lisätään vähintään yhtä hydrofobista paperiliimaa (size), kuten hartsipaperiliimaa ja/tai AKD:tä.
8. Patenttivaatimuksen 7 mukainen menetelmä, jolloin massan pH on välillä 4,8-5,5 ja massan konsistenssi on välillä 1,5-3,0 3, kun siihen lisätään mainittua vähintään yhtä hydrofobista paperiliimaa.
9. Jonkin edellä olevista patenttivaatimuksista mukainen menetelmä, joka käsittää lisäksi sen, että massaan lisätään savea sellaisena määränä, että paperin tuhkapitoisuus on välillä 2,0-5,5 %, kuten 3,0-5,0 %.
10. Jonkin edellä olevista patenttivaatimuksista mukainen menetelmä, jolloin massan konsistenssi perälaatikossa on 0,20-0,60 5, edullisesti 0,30-0,55 %, edullisemmin 0,35-0,50 %.
11. Jonkin edellä olevista patenttivaatimuksista mukainen menetelmä, jolloin kalanteri on pehmeänippikalanteri, jota käytetään linjakuormalla 60-170 kN/m, kuten 80-140 kN/m, kuten 100-140 kN/m, ja/tai 100-200 °C:n lämpötilassa, kuten 100-150 °C:ssa tai 120-180 °C:ssa.
12. Jonkin edellä olevista patenttivaatimuksista mukainen menetelmä, jolloin paperin standardin ISO 536:2019 mukaisesti mitattu neliömassa on vähintään 100 g/m. ja/tai standardin ISO 534:2011 mukaisesti mitattu paperin tiheys on vähintään 600 kg/m’.
13. Jonkin edellä olevista patenttivaatimuksista mukainen menetelmä, jolloin paperin SCAN-P 92:09:n mukaisesti mitattu spesifi formaatioluku on alle 1,00 Vg/m, kuten alle 0,90 Vg/m, kuten alle 0,85 Vg/m.
