Claims (14)

PATENTTIVAATIMUKSET
1. Implanttineula (1) implantin viemiseksi potilaan kehoon, joka neula käsittää - vastaanottavan osan, joka on konfiguroitu vastaanottamaan implantti ja joka on järjestetty onttoon neulan päärunkoon (2), jolloin ontossa neulan päärungossa (2) on aukko (6), jokaulottuu implanttineulan (1) pituussuunnassa onton neulan päärungon (2) reunassa, ja - kartiomaisen kärkiosan (3), jolloin kartiomainen kärkiosa (3) käsittää lisäksi - ensimmäisen vinopinnan (14a), joka on onton neulan päärungon (2) ensimmäisen ulkokehäpinnan (15) vieressä, jolloin ensimmäinen vinopinta (14a) on järjestetty ensimmäiseksi ei-leikkaavaksi reunaksi; - toisen vinopinnan (16a), joka on onton neulan päärungon (2) toisen ulkokehäpinnan (17) vieressä, jolloin toinen vinopinta (16a) on järjestetty toiseksi ei- leikkaavaksi reunaksi; ja - parin teroitettuja pintoja (9a, 9b), jotka ovat symmetrisiä neulan päärungon (2) teräpisteen (10) ja pituusakselin (13) suhteen, jolloin molemmat teroitetut pinnat (9a, 9b) on varustettu leikkausreunalla; jolloin ensimmäinen vinopinta (14a) käsittää ensimmäisen kyljen (14b) ja toinen vinopinta (16a) käsittää toisen kyljen (16b) ja jolloin ensimmäinen kylki (14b) on järjestetty ensimmäiselle etäisyydelle teräpisteestä (10) ja toinen kylki (16b) on järjestetty toiselle etäisyydelle teräpisteestä (10), joka on eri kuin ensimmäinen etäisyys.
2. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen implanttineula (1), jossa molemmat teroitetut pinnat (9a, 9b) on järjestetty ei-viistoksi pinnaksi litteään kärkiosaan (19), joka rajautuu teräpisteeseen (10).
3. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 tai 2 mukainen implanttineula (1), jossa ainakin toinen ensimmäisestä ja toisesta kyljestä (14b, 16b) rajautuu toiseen teroitetuista pinnoista (9a, 9b).
4. Patenttivaatimuksen 3 mukainen implanttineula (1), jossa kyseinen vähintään yksi kylki (14b; 16b) rajautuu toisen teroitetuista pinnoista (9a; 9b) leikkausreunaan.
5. Jonkin edellisen patenttivaatimuksen mukainen implanttineula (1), jossa ainakin toinen ensimmäisestä ja toisesta kyljestä (16b, 14b) rajautuu sellaiseen teroittamattomaan pintaan, joka puolestaan rajautuu leikkausreunan sisältävään teroitettuun pintaan (9a, 9b).
6. Jonkin edellisen patenttivaatimuksen mukainen implanttineula (1), jossa ainakin toisessa ensimmäisestä ja toisesta kyljestä (14b, 16b) ensimmäinen ja toinen ulkokehäpinta (15, 17) on taivutettu ulospäin.
7. Jonkin edellisen patenttivaatimuksen mukainen implanttineula (1), jossa ainakin toisessa teroitetuista pinnoista (9a, 9b) leikkausreuna on järjestetty ulkoreunaan.
8. Jonkin edellisen patenttivaatimuksen mukainen implanttineula (1), jossa sekä ensimmäinen että toinen kylki (14b, 16b) on järjestetty lävistystaivutetuiksi osiksi.
9. Jonkin edellisen patenttivaatimuksen mukainen implanttineula (1), jossa ainakin toinen ensimmäisestä ja toisesta kyljestä (14b, 16b) on järjestetty litteän osan (18) viereen distaalisesti teräpisteeseen (10) nähden.
10. Patenttivaatimusten 2 ja 9 mukainen implanttineula (1), jossa litteä osa (18) rajautuu litteään kärkiosaan (19).
11. Jonkin edellisen patenttivaatimuksen mukainen implanttineula (1), jossa — vastaanottava osa käsittää syvennyksen, joka ulottuu neulan päärungon (2) läpi.
12. Jonkin edellisen patenttivaatimuksen mukainen implanttineula (1), jossa ontto neulan päärunko (2) on varustettu joko pyöreällä tai soikealla poikkileikkauksella.
13. Jonkin edellisen patenttivaatimuksen mukainen implanttineula (1), jossa kartiomainen kärkiosa (3) on varustettu litteällä osalla (18).
14. Jonkin edellisen patenttivaatimuksen mukainen implanttineula (1), jossa yksi tai useampi ei-leikkaava reuna on järjestetty pyöristetyiksi reunoiksi.
