Abstract
Erään suoritusmuodon mukaan tietokoneella toteutettava menetelmä automaattiseen puhelunkäsittelyyn käsittää: puhelun vastaanottamisen käyttäjältä; käyttäjän ympäristön tunnistamisen puhelun aikana käyttämällä äänimaisemaluokittelua; automaattisen puhelunkäsittelyjärjestelmän ainakin yhden ominaisuuden konfiguroimisen tunnistetun ympäristön mukaan; ja puhelun käsittelemisen ainakin osittain käyttämällä automaattista puhelunkäsittelyjärjestelmää.
