Abstract

Keksinnön kohteena on menetelmä kuiturainan käsittelemiseksi, jossa menetelmässä kuituraina pintaliimataan pintaliimauslaitteessa (10), jossa pintaliima-aine (T) applikoidaan kuiturainalle kahden pintaliimaustelan (11, 12) välityksellä pintaliimausnipissä (N). Kuituraina (W) pintaliimataan pintaliima-aineella (T), joka käsittää kuitususpensiota, epäsuoralla verhopintaliimauksella verhopintaliimauslaitteessa (10) ja pintaliimausnipissä (N) olennaisesti tasaisen painejakauman alaisena ja tasaisella nopeudella kuiturainan (W) poikkisuunnassa. Pintaliimauksen jälkeen kuituraina (W) lämpökäsitellään lämpökäsittelylaiteen (20) lämpökäsittelyvyöhykkeessä (Z). Keksinnön kohteena on myös käsittelyjärjestelmä kuiturainan käsittelemiseksi, joka järjestelmä käsittää pintaliimauslaitteen (10), joka käsittää pintaliimaustelat (11,12), jotka muodostavat pintaliimausnipin (N). Järjestelmä edelleen käsittää lämpökäsittelylaitteen (20), joka käsittää lämpökäsittelyvyöhykkeen (Z). Pintaliimauslaite on verhopintaliimauslaite (10), jossa on epäsuora kuitususpensiota käsittävän pintaliima-aineen (T) applikointi ja toinen pintaliimausteloista taipumakompensoitu tela ja olennaisesti suora pintaliimausnippi (N) on muodostettu.
