Abstract
Uppfinningen avser en kvarn, som är avsedd att krossa metallslagg så att man kan åtskilja metallen och slaggämnena. Kvarnen består av en mantel (1), ett lock (2) och en botten (3) och inne i finns ett krossorgan (4, 5) med hjälp av vilket metallslaggen kan krossas. Krossorganet består av två, åt motsatta håll roterande rotorer; innerrotorn (4) och ytterrotorn (5). Materialet kan inmatas (6) till mitten av innerrotorn (4) varifrån det av centrifugalkraften slungas till ytterrotorn (5) och vidare under, i bottnen (3) varande utloppen (7) ut. Mellan den yttre rotorns (5) rotationsaxel (13) och det innanför belägna matarröret (14) finns en luftspalt (15) in i vilken kan ledas tryckluft uppifrån, pilen (16), in mellan rotorerna (4, 5). Med tryckluften kan matas (16) vatten, som finfördelas till små vattenpartiklar in med tryckluften.The invention relates to a mill, which is intended to crush metal slag so that the metal and the slag blanks can be separated. The mill consists of a jacket (1), a lid (2) and a bottom (3) and inside there is a crushing member (4, 5) by means of which the metal slag can be crushed. The crushing means consists of two rotors rotating in opposite directions; the inner rotor (4) and the outer rotor (5). The material can be fed (6) to the center of the inner rotor (4) from where it is thrown by the centrifugal force to the outer rotor (5) and further below the outlets (7) in the bottom (3). Between the axis of rotation (13) of the outer rotor (5) and the feed pipe (14) located inside, there is an air gap (15) into which compressed air can be led from above, the arrow (16), in between the rotors (4, 5). With the compressed air, water (16) can be fed, which is atomized into small water particles into the compressed air.
