Abstract

Uppfinningen avser ett förfarande för framställning av metanol ur organiskt avfall, enligt vilket förfarande - biogas produceras av organiskt avfall i en biogasreaktor (14) genom anaerobisk nedbrytning, - biogasen anrikas med hjälp av anrikningsanordningar (16), - syntesgas produceras i en syntesgasreaktor (18) med användning av för framställningen av syntesgas nödvändig hög temperatur och högt tryck, - syntesgasens temperatur sänks med hjälp av en första kylare (22), - syntesgasen kondenseras för avskiljning av överflödigt vatten ur syntesgasen, - metanol produceras i en metanolsyntesreaktor (26) av syntesgasen med utnyttjande av metanolsyntesens katalyt, - den framställda metanolens temperatur sänks med hjälp av en andra kylare (30), - blandgasen kondenseras för avskiljning av metanolens koldioxid och väte ur metanolen i en andra kondensator (32). Enligt förfarandet används åtminstone som syntesgasreaktor (18) en spiralreaktor (34), i vilken används en av rör (36) i spiralform anordnad reaktionsvolym (38). Uppfinningen avser även ett motsvarande system.The invention relates to a process for producing methanol from organic waste, according to which process - biogas is produced from organic waste in a biogas reactor (14) by anaerobic decomposition, - biogas is enriched by means of enrichment devices (16), - synthesis gas is produced in a synthesis gas reactor (18). ) using the high temperature and high pressure necessary for the production of synthesis gas, - the temperature of the synthesis gas is lowered by a first cooler (22), - the synthesis gas is condensed to separate excess water from the synthesis gas, - methanol is produced in a methanol synthesis reactor (26) by the synthesis gas using the catalyst of methanol synthesis, - the temperature of the methanol produced is lowered by a second cooler (30), - the mixed gas is condensed to separate the methanol carbon dioxide and hydrogen from the methanol in a second condenser (32). According to the method, at least as a synthesis gas reactor (18), a spiral reactor (34) is used, in which a reaction volume (38) arranged by the tubes (36) is used.
