Abstract

Keksinnön mukainen 3D-virtuaaliympäristö (40) käsittää edullisesti perinteisen CAVE-tilan pääosat. 3D-virtuaaliympäristössä on projisointivälineet (43) tarkasteltavan kohteen (3a) kuvien projisoimiseksi 3D-virtuaaliympäristön ainakin yhden näyttöelementin pinnalle. 3D-virtuaaliympäristö käsittää lisäksi ainakin yhden tietokoneen virtuaaliympäristön kuvien synnyttämiseksi sekä mittaustapahtumassa tarkasteltavan kohteen katsojan aivoissa synnyttämän aivotoiminnan tuottaman EEG-mittausdatan tallentamiseksi katsojalla olevan EEG-hatun (4) tuottamista EEG-signaaleista. Tallennetusta EEG-datasta muokataan neuroanalyyttisillä menetelmillä tarkasteltavan kohteen (3a) aikaansaama aivovaste, josta on tunnistettavissa katsojan (10) koehetkellä kokema emotionaalinen ja/tai kognitiivinen tila.
