In between the first warmed space 19 and the unheated space 18 can also be one or more intermediate floor structures and warmed spaces. The chimney flue 10 forms a channel for the hot smoke and flue gas flow. The chimney flue 10 is made of steel material. Between the chimney flue sleeve 11 and the chimney flue 10 fire-proof insulation material 12 is located and thus the chimney flue sleeve 11 is located on the fire-proof insulation material. The insulation material 12 is advantageously mineral wool, rock wool or ceramic wool. In case the structure of the chimney flue 10 and the chimney flue sleeve 11 extends through warmed spaces from the first warmed space 19 to the unheated space 18 the thickness of the insulation material can be smaller. The chimney flue sleeve 11 extends at least form a first intermediate floor 17 above the first warmed space 19 to the unheated space. The chimney flue sleeve 11 is made of material of good conductivity of heat having coefficient of thermal conductivity of at least 100 W/Km and thus the fire safety of chimney flues, especially in module-built chimneys is improved as the chimney flue sleeve provides for efficient and fast heat convection from the chimney flue away from any insulation layer and/or fire from any to fire unresistant materials to an unheated space.
In the figure 2 is shown an example of a chimney flue sleeve 11 located around a module-built chimney flue 10. The module-built chimney flue 10 is for leading smoke and flue gases from a heating unit outside a warmed space 19 in the vertical direction through an intermediate floor structure 17 between the warmed space 19 and an unheated space 18. In between the first warmed space 19 and the unheated space 18 can also be one or more intermediate floor structures and warmed spaces. The chimney flue sleeve 11 extends at least form a first intermediate floor 17 above the first warmed space 19 to the unheated space. The module-built chimney flue 10 forms a channel for the hot smoke and flue gas flow. The module-built chimney flue 10 has an inner sleeve 21 and an outer sleeve 20 made of steel material. The chimney flue N sleeve 11 is located around the outer sleeve 20 of the module-built chimney N flue 10. Between the inner sleeve 21 and the outer sleeve 20 fire-proof O insulation material 12 is located. The insulation material 12 is advantageously N 30 mineral wool, rock wool or ceramic wool. In case the structure of the module- I built chimney flue 10 and the chimney flue sleeve 11 extend through warmed N spaces from the first warmed space 19 to the unheated space 18 the thickness 5 of the insulation material can be smaller. The chimney flue sleeve 11 is made 3 of material of good conductivity of heat having coefficient of thermal conductivity of at least 100 W/Km and thus the fire safety of chimney flues, especially in module-built chimneys is improved as the chimney flue sleeve provides for efficient and fast heat convection from the chimney flue away from any insulation layer and/or fire from any to fire unresistant materials to an unheated space. As shown in the example of the figure 2 the module-built chimney flue 10 extends from the first warmed space 19 to the unheated space
18.
In the examples of figures 1 and 2 on top of the intermediate floor structure 17 between the warmed space 19 and the unheated space 18 an insulation layer 13 is located in order to thermally insulate the warmed space 19 from the unheated space 18 to avoid thermal losses of heating by at least a heating unit connected to the chimney flue 10. The insulation layer 13 is for example of fibrous eco insulation material. Onto the intermediate floor 17 and inside the insulation layer 13 at least one roof truss 14 is located.
The chimney flue sleeve 11 comprises a cooling ring 15 at the upper end. The cooling ring 15 comprises at least one cooling plate 16, in the example of the figure two cooling plates 16, which extend outwards radially from the cooling ring 15 and the chimney flue sleeve 11. From the cooling ring 15, at which the chimney flue sleeve 11 ends, the chimney flue sleeve 11 continues upwards as a thinner cover sleeve 22 in the example of figure 1 and in the example of figure 2 the chimney flue sleeve 11 also ends at the cooling ring 15 and the outer sleeve 21 of the module built chimney extends upwards. The cooling plates 16 can have different forms than the horizontally extending configuration as shown in the figure. They can also extend in other directions N or be for example formed as fins or overfills.
N O The surfaces of the cooling ring 15 and the cooling plates 16 can be painted S 30 black to increase heat emission by radiation. = N The chimney flue sleeve 11 is made of material with good conductivity of heat 5 with coefficient of thermal conductivity of at least 100 W/Km. > N 35 The thermal resistance of the chimney flue sleeve 11 is advantageously 1 — 2 K/W.

The distance is determined based the need of heat conductivity, the heat conductivity of the flue sleeve 11 and the heat receptivity of the unheated space 18. The chimney flue sleeve 11 is attached for example to the roof truss 14. The chimney flue sleeve 11 constructs thus a heat conductive structure around the chimney flue 10, by which the heat conducted from the chimney flue 10, N when in use, is guided to the unheated space 18 by convection and/or radiation N and prevented to enter at least in excessive amounts of thermal energy to the O insulation layer 13 and other structures, such as the roof truss 14 on the S 30 intermediate floor 17 between the warmed space 19 and the unheated space I 18. The cooling ring 15 and the cooling plates 16 further increase the heat N conductivity of the chimney flue sleeve 11. 5 O The chimney flue sleeve 11 and/or the cooling ring 15 and/or the cooling plates N 35 16 can be made by casting and/or by sheet working. Thickness of the cover sleeve 22 is advantageously less than 0,8 mm.
In the examples of the figures 1 and 2 cross-section of the chimney flue and the chimney flue sleeve is circular but the cross-section can vary, as is apparent to one skilled in the art, and thus the cross-section can be also for example quadrangular, rectangular, elliptic etc.
In the description in the foregoing, although some functions have been described with reference to certain features, those functions may be performable by other features whether described or not. Although features have been described with reference to certain embodiments or examples, those features may also be present in other embodiments or examples whether described or not.
