Claims (24)
- Patenttivaatimukset:1. Menetelmä sellu-, paperi- tai vaneritehtaan primäärin jäteveden käsittelemiseksi, jossa menetelmässä:5 - johdetaan primääriin jäteveteen (270), joka sisältää kalsiumia (Ca2+), hiilidioksidia (CO2) sisältävää poistokaasua (210), jotta saavutetaan karbonatisointireaktiolämpötila tp3 ainakin 20°C, ja- järjestetään hiilidioksidi (CO2) reagoimaan primäärissä jätevedessä (270) olevan kalsiumin (Ca2+) kanssa, jotta muodostuu kalsiumkarbonaattia (CaCCU)10 ja kalsiumvapaata jätevettä (272) karbonatisointilämpötilassa tp3.
- 2. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen menetelmä, jossa primääri jätevesi (270) on kiintoaineksetonta jätevettä (271).15
- 3. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen menetelmä, jossa hiilidioksidia (CO2) sisältävä poistokaasu (210) on kalkinpolttouunin poistokaasua.
- 4. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen menetelmä, jossa hiilidioksidia (CO2) sisältävä poistokaasu (210) johdetaan primääristä jätevedestä (270) saatuun20 kiintoaineksettomaan jäteveteen.
- 5. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen menetelmä, jossa lisäksi:- kerätään sellu-, paperi- ja/tai vaneritehtaan jätevesistä koostuva primääri jätevesi (270) jätevedenkäsittelylaitokseen (8).
- 6. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen menetelmä, jossa primääri jätevesi (270) on kemiallisen massan valmistusprosessin jätevettä.
- 7. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen menetelmä, jossa lisäksi:30 - erotetaan muodostunut kalsiumkarbonaatti (CaCCU) primääristä jätevedestä.
- 8. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen menetelmä, jossa lisäksi:- käsitellään kalsiumvapaa jätevesi prosessivedeksi jatkokäyttöä varten sellu-, paperi-ja/tai vaneritehtaassa.
- 9. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen menetelmä, jossa jätevesi käsittää ainakin20 mg/l kalsiumia (Ca2+) ennen poistokaasun (210) lisäämistä.20126369 prh 11 -03- 2019
- 10. Patenttivaatimukseni mukainen menetelmä, jossa jäteveden pH-arvo on ainakin 9 ja lämpötila tp3 on ainakin 20°C ja alle 70°C ennen poistokaasun (210) lisäämistä.5
- 11. Patenttivaatimuksen 7 mukainen menetelmä, jossa muodostunut kalsiumkarbonaatti (CaCOs) erotetaan primääristä jätevedestä (270) saostamalla.
- 12. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen menetelmä, jossa lisäksi:- pelkistetään muodostunut kalsiumkarbonaatti (CaCOs) kalkinpolttouunissa kal10 siumoksidiksi (CaO).
- 13. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen menetelmä, jossa lisäksi:- säädetään lämpötila tp3 valitsemalla poistokaasun (210) lämpötila tp1 ja/tai primäärin jäteveden (270) lämpötila tp2 kalsiumkarbonaatin (CaCOs) siten, että15 saostuminen primääristä jätevedestä (270) paranee, jolloin lämpötila tp1 on välillä 60...280°C ja lämpötila tp2 on yli 0°C.
- 14. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen menetelmä, jossa primäärin jäteveden (270) pH säädetään kalsiumoksidin (CaO), kalsiumhydroksidin (Ca(OH)2) tai NaOH:n20 avulla.
- 15. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen menetelmä, jossa primäärin jäteveden (270) pH säädetään hiilidioksidia (CO2) sisältävän poistokaasun (210) avulla.25
- 16. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen menetelmä, jossa lisäksi:- käsitellään primääri jätevesi (270) orgaanisen tai epäorgaanisen aineksen poistamiseksi.
- 17. Patenttivaatimuksen 16 mukainen menetelmä, jossa käsittelyyn käytetään 30 hiekka-ja/tai moniainesuodatinta.
- 18. Patenttivaatimuksen 16 mukainen menetelmä, jossa käsittelyyn käytetään vaahdotusta.35
- 19. Patenttivaatimuksen 16 mukainen menetelmä, jossa epäorgaanisen tai orgaanisen aineksen poistamiseen käytetään kemiallista yhdistettä.
- 20. Patenttivaatimuksen 16 mukainen menetelmä, jossa käsittely tehdään ennen pH:n säätämistä kalsiumoksidin (CaO), kalsiumhydroksidin (Ca(OH)2) tai NaOH:n avulla.5
- 21. Patenttivaatimuksen 16 mukainen menetelmä, jossa käsittely tehdään muodostuneen kalsiumkarbonaatin (CaCOs) erottamisen jälkeen.
- 22. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen menetelmä, jossa poistokaasu (210) johdetaan primääriin jäteveteen (270) poreuttamalla poistokaasu primäärin10 jäteveden läpi.
- 23. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen menetelmä, jossa lisäksi:- poistetaan ainakin osa primäärin jäteveden (270) orgaanisesta aineksesta biologisella käsittelyllä.
- 24. Patenttivaatimuksen 8 mukaisesta kalsiumvapaasta jätevedestä (272) saadun prosessiveden käyttö sellu-, paperi- ja/tai vaneritehtaan prosessissa ja/tai voimalaitoksen prosessissa.
