Claims (10)

1. Menetelmä painopaperituotteen valmistamiseksi monikerrostekniikalla lähtien vesipohjaisesta massalietteestä, joka käsittää kuituja ja lujuutta parantavaa lisäainetta, jossa kuituja ja lujuutta parantavaa lisäainetta käsittävä vesipohjainen mas-saliete, fibrilliselluloosa ja lujuutta parantava lisäaine syötetään keskikerrokseen monikerroksisen painopaperin muodostamiseksi, ja paperituote valmistetaan poistamalla massalietteestä vettä monikerrostekniikalla, jossa massalietevirtaukset pidetään erillään ja yhdistetään vedenpoiston alkaessa, joka paperirainan alkumuodostusta varten tapahtuu kahteen vastakkaiseen suuntaan, jolloin fibrilliselluloosa ja lujuutta parantava lisäaine kulkeutuvat pintakerroksiin painopaperin palstautumislujuuden lisäämiseksi.
2. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että lujuutta parantava lisäaine on kationinen lujuutta parantava lisäaine, kuten kationinen polymeeri tai polyelektrolyytti.
3. Patenttivaatimuksen 2 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että fibrilliselluloosa on anionisesti varautunutta fibrilliselluloosaa, jossa selluloosan hydroksyyliryhmät on hapetettu karboksylaattiryhmiksi, tai fibrilliselluloosaa, jossa selluloosa on karboksymetyloitu.
4. Jonkin edellisen patenttivaatimuksen mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että fibrilliselluloosaa lisätään massalietteeseen määrä, joka on 0,1...5 p-%, sopivimmin 0,5...2,0 p-% laskettuna pohjapaperin kuivapainosta.
5. Jonkin edellisen patenttivaatimuksen mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että massalietteessä käytetään myös täyteainetta.
6. Painopaperituote, jossa pohjapaperi on valmistettu monikerrostekniikalla vesipohjaisesta massalietteestä, joka on saatettu eri kerroksiksi, joka paperi käsittää kuituja, lujuutta parantavaa lisäainetta ja fibrilliselluloosaa, jolloin lujuutta parantava lisäaine ja fibrilliselluloosa ovat kulkeutuneet pohjapaperin z-suunnassa keskikerroksesta pintakerroksiin keskikerroksen vedenpoiston seurauksena vastakkaisiin suuntiin ja lisäävät pohjapaperin palstautumis-luj uutta.
7. Patenttivaatimuksen 6 mukainen paperituote, tunnettu siitä, että se sisältää pohjapaperissa myös täyteainetta.
8. Patenttivaatimuksen 7 mukainen paperituote, tunnettu siitä, että se sisältää täyteainetta 30...35 p-% pohjapaperin painosta.
9. Patenttivaatimuksen 7 tai 8 mukainen paperituote, tunnettu siitä, että täyteaine on saostunutta kalsiumkarbonaattia (PCC), jauhettua kalsium-karbonaattia (GCC), kaoliinisavea, talkkia tai kipsiä.
10. Jonkin edellisen patenttivaatimuksen 6-9 mukainen paperituote, tunnettu siitä, että paperituotteen neliömassa on 70-350 g/m2, sopivimmin 90-150 g/m2
