Claims (16)

1. Kompositmellanprodukt, som bildats av fibrer och plast med våtbanformning av en väsentligen homogen flytande blandning, varvid den innehåller: naturfibrer, som är valda ur en grupp av trädbaserade fibrer, trädbaserade mekaniskt fibrade fibrer, kemiskt processerade cellulosafibrer, cellulosafibrer från naturfibrer, och blandningar av de ovannämnda, genom påverkan av värme mjukande plastpartiklar, vars diameter är under ~ 1000 pm, och ett kompabilitet mellan naturfibrer och plastpartiklar förbättrande ämne, som ökar adhesion mellan naturfibrerna och plastpartiklarna och som är kompatibelt med reaktiva grupper av naturfibrerna och plastpartiklarna, varvid det kompabiliteten förbättrande ämnet är styreinmaleinanhydrid (SMA), och, varvid mängden det kompabiliteten förbättrande ämnet är under 3 p% av torrsubstansen.
2. Kompositmellanprodukt enligt patentkravet 1, varvid åtminstone en del av naturfibrerna är ligning-f ri .
3. Kompositmellanprodukt enligt patentkravet 1, varvid naturfibrerna innhåller mikrofibrillerade cellulosafibrer, nanocellulosafibrer eller kombinationer av de ovannämnda.
4. Kompositmellanprodukt enligt patentkravet 1, varvid plasten är termoplast.
5. Kompositmellanprodukt enligt patentkravet 1, varvid diametern av plastpartiklarna är under ~ 500 pm.
6. Kompositmellanprodukt enligt patentkravet 1, varvid den flytande blandningen är en vattenbaserad blandning.
7. Kompositmellanprodukt enligt patentkravet 1, varvid kompositmellanprodukten innehåller åtminstone en tillsattsämne, som är valt ur en grupp av stärkelse, fyllningsämnen, ytaaktiva ämnen, retentionsämnen, dis-pergeringsämnen, skumdämpningsämnen och blandningar av de ovannämnda.
8. Förfarande för att bilda en kompositmellanprodukt från fibrer och plast, i vilket förfarande: blandas en väsentligen homogen flytande blandning, vilken innehåller naturfibrer, genom påverkan av värme mjukande plastpartiklar, vars diameter är under ~ 1000 pm, och ett kompabilitet mellan naturfibrer och plastpartiklar förbättrande ämne, varvid plastpartiklarna innehåller det kompabilite-ten mellan naturfibrer och plastpartiklar förbättrande ämnet, breds bladningen ut som ett jämnt lager på en banformingsdel, från blandningen bildas en banliknande kompositmellanprodukt med hjälp av våtbanform-ning, och avlägsnas vätska från den bildade banan, varvid naturfibrerna är valda ur en grupp av träd-baserade fibrer, trädbaserade mekaniskt fibrade fibrer, kemiskt processerade cellulosafibrer, cellulosafibrer från naturfibrer, och blandningar av de ovannämnda, och, varvid det kompabiliteten förbättrande ämnet är kompatibelt med reaktiva grupper av naturfibrerna och plastpartiklarna.
9. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 8, varvid det kompabiliteten mellan naturfibrer och plastpartiklar förbättrande ämnet läggs till i den flytande blandningen .
10. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 8, varvid vätskan avlägsnas från banan genom pressning och/eller torkning.
11. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 8, varvid den bildade banan värmebehandlas för att åtminstone delvis smälta plastpartiklarna.
