Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to a set of decorative objects of various designs, in which a text or picture-based message wrap can be inserted or mounted, and which decorative object can be hung, for example, on the ceiling of a dwelling.

Background of the Invention

The invention is based, for example, on an ornamental object related to the protection of the home or important events in human life, which is well suited for example as a gift item. A typical decorative item is placed in the home on a dresser, shelf, table, or other table top or surface. On the other hand, the boards are placed on the walls.

An ornament can include a message to the homeowner or to the recipient of the gift, and is typically executed as a textual phrase that can be framed into a tablet, for example. Purpose of the Invention

The present invention is to combine the above-mentioned features to provide an attractive-looking decorative item that can be hung at a desired location and that includes a hidden text-containing element.

Summary of the Invention

The invention is characterized by what is stated in the accompanying claim 1.

The first main part of the invention is a tube for text information, which in a preferred embodiment is a metallic tubular element. The other main part is a shaped decorative part, which can be shaped in several shapes, dimensions and arrangement, depending on the purpose and symbolic depiction of the decorative object. Some examples of different designs are represented by product applications called "hanging swing", "house", "wing", "disc reel", "circular ball" and "frame". These shapes are also illustrated in the accompanying figures.

The third part of the decorative object may be a fastening element to which a metal chain may be attached, or a silk ribbon as a fastening device. With this fixture, the decorative object can be hung on the ceiling or other desired location so that it does not occupy space on the surfaces of the home, while at the same time making the decorative object highly visible at the desired location. The fastening element is not mandatory because the band or chain serving as the fastening means can be threaded, for example, through a tube or through some or part of the product so that the decorative object is suspended from the fastening means. The fastener can be delivered as part of the product in a threaded position, or alternatively as a separate part that can be threaded into the product itself, for example, by the purchaser or recipient of the product (in the case of a gift). The main parts of the ornament can be made of metal and welded together to form a single, integrated structure. An advantage of the invention is that it provides an attractive decorative object on which paper containing a text or message can be placed and which can be hung in a desired position to hang. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The decorative article according to the invention mainly comprises a text information storage section (i.e., a tube) and a shaped decorative section. The decorative article may further include or be provided with an attachment means either with or without the attachment element. This idea involves the free hanging of the decorative object through the fastening means so that the fastening means passes, i.e. is threaded through or between the parts of the product, or even, for example, through the tube of the decorative object in the longitudinal direction. Thus, in one embodiment of the invention, the text information storage portion is a tube which may be made of metal. The fastening means may be a chain made of metal, or a band made of fabric such as silk; on the other hand, it can also be a string or a braiding type of hanging means. The shapes of the ornamental part are not limited, but six different types of construction or shaping options for the ornamental part containing the ornamental part are presented below. The uses are thus diverse, even with a single structural example.

Figure 2 shows another example of a possible design, called "house 1", "home 1" or "cottage 1". So this is a good gift for someone moving to a new home, such as a homecoming gift. As dimensioning exemplary values in the configuration of Fig. 2, the length of the crest is 81 mm, the vertical wall is 154 mm, the entire height of the cottage from the base to the base is 205 mm, and the bottom of the cottage is 124 mm. The maximum diameter of the cottage, i.e. the width of the product, is 130 mm, because the thickness of the round steel material is 6 mm. The diameter of the tube 1 may be the same as that of the assembly of Figure 1, i.e. 25 mm. Figure 3 shows a third example of a possible design of a decorative object called a "wing". Again, in this exemplary embodiment, the decorative article comprises a tube 1 and a decorative portion 2. In this example, the tube is in a horizontal position and has the same diameter as above, i.e. 25 mm. The decorative part 2 consists of five circular steel parts which have a wing shape. The structure is shown in Fig. 3 in five different directions, i.e. straight side, straight end, slightly top notch, straight top and in the last image from the opposite side than in the first image. The circular steel sections outline the shape of the blade so that one end of the pieces is attached to each other or to a small connecting piece (shown in the last figure), and the opposite ends are spaced evenly on the other side of the pipe 1. The mutual distances in this example are 20 mm. The distance from the attachment point of the first circular steel section to the end of the tube 1 closer to this part is 80 mm. The maximum distance of the blade connecting part from the tube 1 is 38 mm, whereby the distance of the fifth blade branch from the tube to the opposite side is 52 mm (38 mm + 25 mm + 52 mm = 115 mm); this last dimension is not shown in Figure 3.

Figure 4 shows a fourth example of a decorative article, possibly called a "reel" or "ring". This is a perfect symbol of marriage, a wedding gift, and why not be a more creative alternative, for example, to a hockey fan. The application of Figure 4 is particularly versatile because it works e.g. as a symbol of partnership and marriage, which plays a particularly important role as an ornamental item placed inside the home. Figure 5 shows a fifth example of a possible design of a decorative object, called a "ring ball" or "sky". With creative thinking, this product also somewhat resembles an atomic structure with electron orbits, so it could fit into the office of a scientist or physicist as a decorative object. The basic elements of the structure are still the tube 1 and the decoration part 2. Here, the decoration part 2 consists of three rings which are placed at two opposite points of the rings at equal intervals. Figure 6 shows a sixth example of a possible design of a decorative item, called "frame", "house 2", "home 2" or "cottage 2". Thus, this is slightly different but still symbolically similar to the exemplary "home 1" structure shown in Figure 2. In the ornamental object of Figure 6, the home is formed into a more realistic house-shaped object by combining four vertical corners with a rectangle at the bottom and oblique ridge portions that connect to a horizontal edge (i.e., upper edge) on the roof. Of course, the invention may include other types of design or other symbolic application. Thus, the invention is not limited to these six exemplary structures.

The decorative object of the invention may be used for the purpose of protecting the home or blessing. Because the product always includes a tube into which the message roll can be hidden, a message can be conveyed to the user of the space, such as a resident, employee, or family member. As has already been mentioned at many points above, the decorative object of the invention functions as an interior decoration item in the home, office, public space, hospital, and really wherever it can be hung. As already stated above, one of the manufacturing methods of the invention is to use a metal tube used in furniture for the construction of the decorative tube 2 and a 6 mm diameter circular steel material. The fastening means may be, for example, a metal chain, a chain made of plastic parts or a web or string of fabric or a braided structure. The fabric can advantageously be silk, but of course other materials are also suitable provided the end result is beautiful and symbolically fit for use.
