Abstract
Ytmonterbart permanentmagnetelement (1) att monteras som ett polelement på periferin av rotorn (2) i en permanentmagnetmaskin. Till permanentmagnetelementet hör åtminstone en permanentmagnet (3) och en skyddskåpa (4), inne i vilken nämnda åtminstone ena permanentmagnet är instängd. Till skyddskåpan hör en bottenplatta (5), till vilken hör ett fästorgan (6) för fästande av bottenplattan på rotorn (2). Till bottenplattan hör en bottenyta (7) , som kan monteras på periferin av rotorn (2), en ovanyta (8), på vilken nämnda åtminstone ena permanentamagnet är anordnad, och åtminstone en sidoyta (9), vilken sträcker sig väsentligen vinkelrätt mellan bottenytan och ovanytan. Till sidoytan hör en fördjupning (10). Ytterligare hör till skyddskåpan en mantel (11), vilken är bildad av metalltunnplåtsmaterial, och till vilken mantel hör en ovanpåvägg (12), som täcker permanentmagneten (3), och en kant (13), som sträcker sig från ovanpåväggen över sidoytan (9) av bottenplattan, och till vilken kant hör ett förbindelseorgan (14), vilka är anpassade att samverka med fördjupningen (10) för fästande av manteln (11) och bottenplattan (5) vid varandra. Fördjupningen (10) utgörs av en skåra som sträcker sig väsentligen längsmed hela längden av sidoytan (9) av bottenplattan (5). Förbindelseorganet (14) utgörs av kantens (13) bockning (15) in i skåran (10) längsmed en väsentlig del av kantens hela längd.Surface mount permanent magnet element (1) to be mounted as a pole element on the periphery of the rotor (2) in a permanent magnet machine. The permanent magnet element includes at least one permanent magnet (3) and a protective cover (4), inside of which said at least one permanent magnet is enclosed. The protective cover includes a bottom plate (5), to which belongs a fastening device (6) for attaching the bottom plate to the rotor (2). The bottom plate includes a bottom surface (7), which can be mounted on the periphery of the rotor (2), an upper surface (8), on which said at least one permanent magnet is arranged, and at least one side surface (9), which extends substantially perpendicularly between the bottom surface and the upper surface. A recess (10) belongs to the side surface. In addition, the protective cover includes a jacket (11), which is formed of sheet metal material, and to which jacket belongs an upper wall (12), which covers the permanent magnet (3), and an edge (13), which extends from the upper wall over the side surface (9 ) of the bottom plate, and to which edge belongs a connecting means (14), which are adapted to cooperate with the recess (10) for attaching the casing (11) and the bottom plate (5) to each other. The recess (10) consists of a notch which extends substantially along the entire length of the side surface (9) of the bottom plate (5). The connecting means (14) consists of the bending (15) of the edge (13) into the notch (10) along a substantial part of the entire length of the edge.
